1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the DBEEASE mobile and web applications, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

2. Use of License

We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the app subject to the following restrictions:

• •You must not translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions
• •The app itself and all intellectual property rights belong to Softech Smart Solutions

3. User Accounts & Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials provided by their respective educational institutions. Softech Smart Solutions is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

4. Limitation of Liability

Softech Smart Solutions will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the DBEEASE platform, including but not limited to data loss or academic discrepancies.

5. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% service uptime. However, we reserve the right to interrupt service for planned maintenance, security patches, or emergency updates required to maintain the integrity of institutional data.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify institutions of significant updates that affect user rights.
